Join us for our first Sips & Spaces of the year at Di Bruno Brother's restaurant, Alimentari!

Bill and Emilio, the grandchildren of the Di Bruno family, turned to Cohere for design guidance on merging their iconic retail brand and creating a new dining experience for guests. The result is Alimentari, a new restaurant space on the second floor of their established marketplace at 18th & Chestnut Streets in Rittenhouse. Alimentari is not only a dining experience but an elevation of the Di Bruno legacy. 


Enjoy a tasting menu from acclaimed Chef Ashley James while hearing from Di Bruno Bros., Bill, and Cohere on the experience of creating this special place from design inception to reality. You'll hear intimate stories of the family history, their relationship with farmers and cheesemakers with the product to taste, and the behind-the-scenes stories of building Alimentari, an all-day cafe with a mozzarella bar, seasonal organic wines, and Italian specialties.

Enjoy a Chef tasting menu and wine pairings along with hearing the roots and backgrounds of products and artisan cheeses. Hear from the Cohere team Antoinette Johnson, founder and CEO, and Dylan Garner, Creative Director, on the inspiration and the craft that went into carrying the legacy of an 80-year-old brand.
