EOTC – Eye on the Chapter

Bi-Weekly Digital Chapter Newsletter

~ GREAT FOR ANNOUNCING PROGRAMS, MEETINGS, EVENTS*, NEW LOCATIONS,

ADDITIONS TO STAFF, NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS, SPECIAL OFFERS & SALES ~

  • Sent to all Members via Email on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month
  • Deadline for Submissions MUST BE sent to administrator@pae.asid.org by end of business day on the Monday 1 week prior to the Tuesday EOTC in which you would like your submission included. Supporting digital media/graphics (flyers, poster, banners, etc) MUST BE submitted in JPG/JPEG format. No Exceptions please.  It is highly recommended that these images DO NOT exceed 600 pixels in width.  Supporting external links (your website, Eventbright, Paypal, etc) can also be included with you submission and should be checked for accuracy prior to submitting.
  • Payment must be received by Chapter Administrator no later than end of business day on the Friday prior to the Tuesday EOTC in which you would like your submission included.
  • Cost per set of (2) Consecutive Issues:
    • Members – $100
    • Non Members – $200
    • Note: These prices are for all submission types listed above.  * CEU and No-Charge Events have different costs per member/non-member.  Please see below for details.
    • Requests for your submission to be included in 2 non-consecutive issues of EOTC can be accommodated and such requests should be specified in your submission to the Administrator.
  • All EVENT submissions – including CEU events – will be added to the Chapter website event calendar for no additional charge and will include any external link that you provided with your submission.  You can choose to have your EOTC submission linked to the event listing on the Chapter website.

 

~ CEU & NO-CHARGE EVENTS AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES ~

  • Cost per set of (2) Consecutive Issues:
    • Members – FREE
    • Non Members – $50
    • Requests for your submission to be included in 2 non-consecutive issues of EOTC can be accommodated and such requests should be specified in your submission to the Administrator.
  • CEU and No-Charge Events & Job Opportunities follow the Policies and Procedures for submitting listed above.

  • Sent DIRECT to all Members via Email
  • Supporting digital media/graphics (flyers, poster, banners, etc) MUST BE submitted in JPG/JPEG format. No Exceptions please.  It is highly recommended that these images DO NOT exceed 600 pixels in width.  Supporting external links (your website, Eventbright, Paypal, etc) can also be included with your submission and should be checked for accuracy prior to submitting.
  • Requests for your dedicated e-blast(s) to be sent on a specific day(s)/time(s) will be dependent upon the communications schedule at time of submission.  There will be more flexibility to accommodate such requests if your submission is received within at least 10-14 days prior to the requested date/time.
  • Payment must be received by Chapter Administrator with your submission.
  • Cost per (1) DEDICATED E-BLAST:
    • Members – $250
    • Non Members – $350
  • Cost per (3) DEDICATED E-BLASTS:
    • Members – $600
    • Non-Members – $750
  • Note: These prices are for all submission types listed above.  * CEU and No-Charge Events have different costs per member/non-member.  Please see below for details.
  • All EVENT submissions – including CEU events – will be added to the Chapter website event calendar at NO COST and will include any external link that you provided with your submission.  You can choose to have your dedicated blast linked to the event listing on the Chapter website.
  • ALL DEDICATED E-BLASTS can be included in the (2) EOTC Bi-weekly Newsletters that follow your submission of the e-blast to the Chapter Administrator at 50% OFF the listed EOTC submission cost. Please inquire with the Administrator upon submission.

  • CEU and No-Charge Events & Job Opportunities follow the Policies and Procedures for E-blasting listed above
  • Cost per (1) Dedicated E-blast:
    • Members – FREE
    • Non Members – $50

MAILING LISTS


  • A 3rd party mailing house or marketing company must be used.  No membership lists will be shared direclty with vendor.  The Chapter Administrator can coordinate use of a 3rd party mailing house if you do not have a source for one.
  • A confidentiality agreement must be signed by all parties, per ASID Bi-laws.
  • Payment must be received by Chapter Administrator.
  • Cost per (1) mailing:
    • Members – $350
    • Non Members – $450
    • NOTE:  Mailing goes to ALL MEMBERS, including Industry Partner members, unless otherwise requested.  If you prefer to have your mailing sent to only Designer/Professional members, or only Industry Partner members, you must specify this with Chapter Administrator upon request for mailing.
